The American Dental Association recommends a full oral exam and prophylaxis at least twice a year. In addition to having your teeth cleaned, they will be checked for cavities and broken or damaged fillings. We also thoroughly examine all the soft tissue in the mouth to make sure the gums are healthy and there are no signs of oral cancer. Detailed oral hygiene instructions will also be provided.
